I feel that everyone should consider themselves as a "Monster" in the the game. The Game being whatever you have your eye on and the goals that you are trying to achieve, especially in this day and age because everything is 10x harder now. You should start putting in 110%. Become that monster that is fearless and feared by those who do not agree or refuse to support your Pursuit of victory.
